Ok So my buddy has a computer and his ps3 has broken and he is more on his computer now than anything and he wants to game. His specs are

Anythng That we can do to upgrade this a little bit to handle games a little better stuff like facebook games and low - high end games..

Motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and PSU will need to be upgraded for low-high end gaming... that computer is like so slow nowadays

you can play games like LoL in very low setting!.... BUT something like DOTA 2 will make your computer look like trash...

A CPU like A8 with a built in GPU is good enough and shouldn't be a problem to PSU if it's 300w+
I got a core 2 quad 9550 with a GT 210 and it's run on a 300w PSU
