upgrade my build

i am looking to upgrade my processor and motherboard to something a little better. right now i have a amd fx 8350 on a asus m5a97 r2.0 mother board. i am looking for something a little bit better my price budget is about 430$. i was thinking a intel i7 4790k or 4770k on a msi z97 pc mate and other options would be helpful. thank you very much

i will be using this pc for games school and maybe 4k in about a year or so. tha games i would be playing are lol, Battlefield 4, the cod series, etc. i was also thinking of maybe i5 4690k with a asus z97 a. thank u for the help

right now you got a good rig with your fx 8350 cpu and a good motherboard asus m5a97 r2.0
so i can not see the emergency of upgrading right now ...
maybe upgrading your gpu card should be an advantage
