It's a bit tricky because it's an HP prefab so I don't know true BIOS options but in principle 3200MHz RAM should work if BIOS doesn't limit it, CPU is certainly capable of it and higher.
You already have RAM running at 2666MHz so 3200 wouldn't bring you much. For gaming you don't really need more.
PS. It's DDR memory so if it shows 1333Mhz...

If you just want opinions and some advice I have a few. I checked out the specs, looks pretty good but the motherboard says it’s a B450. Maybe get a better B450 motherboard and better ram. Cause it looks to be a little lackluster I’ll put a few of each I would recommend

Motherboard : MSI B450 Tomahawk $115
Motherboard : Gigabyte B450 Aorus $80
Motherboard : Asus ROG STRIX B450 $130

RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600mhz $83
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz $75
RAM : G.Skill Trident Neo 3600 $115

is it worth the hustle though? the ram is easy to replace..
