Upgrade my cpu

Right now I have a intel g2030 cpu and I want to upgrade to an i5 3450, I would like to know if there would be any issue cause the tdp of my g2030 is of 55w, and the tdp of the i5 3450 is of 77w.

The sockets are the same and a power difference of 22W should be nothing to worry about.
