Upgrade my DDR1 RAM to 1Gb

Hello,
I want to upgrade my RAM to 1 GB.
Motherbord make --- ASROCK P4i45GV , Prescott 533

But i need to know whether my MB will be able to support higher frequency RAM or not .

No, it won't support any higher frequency than what's its designed for, unless you can somehow overclock it. What it will do is run the higher rated ram at the same , slower speed as any other ram in the board.
