[SOLVED] Upgrade my gpu to what ??

im using the msi gtx 1660 and i want to upgrade it to the rtx 2070 super do i need to upgrade any thing else??

resolution is 1920x1080
IMO the 2070S is a bit overkill for 1080p - ultimately the 2070 standard is made for 1440 in mind. But that's up to you, if you want to upgrade your monitor down the line too then makes sense. A 2060 is a good card for 1080p and can also run 1440 fine.

The XT series PSU is a bit aged now, decent enough but could show it's age, so depends on how long you've also had it. However ideally you'd want a good quality 550W at least. 650W would be meeting NVIDIA recommendations. So if you did want a 2070S - you probably want to upgrade your PSU too.

What is the rest of your system spec including PSU make and model?
What is your main usage? If gaming, what type of games?
What is your monitor refresh rate and resolution?
i5 9400f - my psu is 500w - im using the asus tuf h310 plus motherboard im using it play high end games like red dead / to be honest i dont know my monitor refresh rate but the resolution is 1920x1080
