Upgrade my GPU.

I'm using a Geforce 310, yup a geforce 310 in a Optiplex 780 Small Form factor with a 235w PSU(i guess)

I really sick of the graphic so I really wanna upgrade it

What GPU will fit my case and I don't want to upgrade my PSU because i dont have enough money and I just wanna spend it on GPU.

I just need a medium card, just stronger than my 310 and not too expensive

A 750ti is small and doesn't use a lot of power. I also is around $100. Seems like the best option.

thanks, but i'm not sure if it's available here in my place. So do some research and I found Nvidia GeForce GT 710.
how do you think about it ?? but its Minimum Recommended System Power is 300W, not sure if my PSU can handle it

Oof, that 235 Watt PSU... That'll limit you quite a bit, especially since it's not upgradeable.
Price won't matter much here, anything that fits your constraints will be $60 or less.
Which processor did you get? there's a couple dozen it could have shipped with, and that'll help determine how much power (if any) you have to spare.

my chipset is core 2 quad q9400 and 2x2GBram, a 320 hdd, that's all i guess

Yeah there's not really anything you could upgrade to. It's a miracle Dell got your computer to run as it is for as long as it has.

If you mean the GT 330, then it has 44 watts higher requirement. So no.
If you mean the GeForce 510, you won't find that outside of used ones from an OEM system like yours, but it could work. It won't be a significant improvement though.
You could probably get a GT 520 to work, if you can find it. That would be a better option.
You could also do a GT 610, that would be a good option as well.
If you want to try your luck you could try a GT 620, it has 18 Watts more required...
