I want to budget upgrade my Pc for gaming in the specified budget. I want to upgrade Processor, Gpu and PSU for gaming I want old quad core i5 processor or should i use amd apu?
(I have seen utuber use i5 3450 i want something like that or more powerful will do) (70 us dollars budget)

I want old Gpu like Gtx 660 or 750ti or should i choose similar amd graphics card as amd ae popular in graphics cards( 70 us dollars budget)

Is there difference between branded Psu like crossair evga etc and other cheaper ones like i ball. Are they reliable? (40-50 dollars budget)

Does motherboard matter in gaming like transfer speed or something ?
Is my motherboard proper for gaming ?

My budget is 160 - 190 us dollars

I want 200 fps in Csgo and 120 fps in rocket league and 100 fps in Rainbow six seige

What can i do with my previous components like processor i3 540 ?
If i start from scratch where can i get money for my current components

Solution
The idea is to keep this as low cost as possible. A 750 Ti uses low power, so this allows you to save money on the power supply. A more powerful card will require a more expensive power supply. An AMD HD 7870 and the GTX 660 are other options in about the same performance level. Get whichever one costs you less, but then make sure the power supply has the 6 pin pci-ex connector or connectors that the card needs. Those are esports games, they aren't that demanding, you should be able to run them well at 900p with an 870.
1st before all for god's sake clear your PC. Dissasemble it all, throw that PSU in garbage and buy if you can find Corsair CX500 (used)
You have very reliable motherboard soo you don't have to worry about it.
Umm your motherboard doesn't work with i5 3 series soo your only option is between these Core i7 860, Core i7 870, Core i7 880 (if you can find cheap but you will). For a GPU for 50$
And from where you can order parts?
You can sell your parts on local site.

For gpu, HD7870,7850 ,6950/70 (2GB),GTX 660, 580Ti or if you are lucky to find 760/770 but none of 70$ gpu wont run Six Siege fine (unless you lower graphics)

The problem I have helping you is that you have specific expectations that this computer may not ever achieve. If it was my computer, I'd put an i5 750 in it, something like an HD 7870, and a new power supply. Then I'd be happy with whatever performance I got out of it. If I only got 120fps in CSGO I would be happy with that considering what you started with.

Im ready to upgrade my motherboard too but total budget is 230 us dollars
So processor motherboard gpu and psu all under 240 us dollars
Or is i7 870 powerful enough to handel gtx 750ti or will it bottleneck it ?
Any other graphics card in Amd like gtx 750ti or gtx 660. I heard amd has better graphics cards My display is 1600 × 900p gpu shouldn't overpower my pc
