Question upgrade my PC cpu and ram

Hi guys I want to upgrade my pc cpu and ram and that is my system
cpu :Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2020 @ 2.90GHz
motherboard: P8H61-M LE
Ram: 2GB Kingmax Semiconductor/4GB Apacer technology
GPU: geforce gt740 2GB ddr3 asus
what do you recommend that be cheap and great for gaming and work with photoshop.

I'd probably buy a i7-2600 or something similar for under $100. Next would be a decent 240gb SSD for speeding up the system and would be a bit beneficial for Photoshop.

You may be able to find the 2600 for like $60-$70 and 8gb of memory for $30, just look at used stuff online.
