Upgrade my Pc or Dual pc for streaming

So I been think for a couple of months and decided I would get into stream cause why not if I’m already gaming but I have an i5 6600k and gtx 1060 and I can’t really stream high quality games like pubg and other games I get in the future so I need some help idk whether to buy a strong gaming pc and use my current pc as a streaming pc or just add another gpu

If you want a faster PC for streaming, you can just get a 6th gen i7 and a faster video card. You don't need to replace the whole thing. A solid state drive would be good also.

Or just get a cheap second PC to run the video capture and stream.
