upgrade my pc or not?

my pc I buy power
Amd Athlon 2x4 645 3.1ghz
4g of memory
ati radeon 5670 graphics card
gigabyt GA-770t-usb3 mobo
windows 7 premium
NZXT gaming case
19 inch monitor
Question is I thought about upgrading my psu to a 900 series am3 mobo and the memory to 8g and and graphics card to say a ati 7850 or 7870 or to upgrade my mobo to an am3+ for future use this pc I bought in 2011 and i don't have a ton of money so what to do, I use the pc primarily for medium to heavy gaming. I don't want to upgrade and then the pc is obsolete in a year or 2, i know this is a very fast paced market so please as many opinions or ideas i can get.

Just pick and choose what parts could work for you between my rig and logical increments, if you wish.

I will say I can play BF3 on max settings 1920x1080 with 45-60 FPS

thanks. anyways went with asus 7870 gpu and did upgrade cpu to phenom 2x4 965be. btw nice pc there.
