Upgrade needed which one is better AMD or Intel?

Sorry for Semantics ill revise my previous statement from 8 to 7.5. But yes AMD tested it and over clocked to "near" 8GHZ.

if that's your option the 8350 will give you the best bang for the buck. It's much better then 3/4 the performance of a 3770, yet it's running at about 3/4 the price. It's also a moderately better chip then the Xeon E3-1245 at just a slight price hike...

in short you'll get the best bang for your buck going with the FX 8350 between those 3 options at those 3 price points.
