[SOLVED] Upgrade needed

I need to upgrade my computer.

This is what my components are, this is not a build im planning this is what i got some years ago, im not buying a 550ti in 2019 obviously. I need to upgrade my storage and gpu, cheap if possible id say maybe 250-300$. recommendations please.

EVGA 550 Ti 1GB

G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (4GBx2)
Cooler Master HAF 912
1tb hdd

Im running windows 7, planning to get windows 10 when i get new components, also thoughts on the rx 580? theres one for $180 with $100 worth of games included.

The RX580 is currently a very good deal, a little faster than the GTX1060, or so I read, and, if it includes games you actually want in a bundle, that's a no-brainer.

As for storage...?

SSD time! Corsair MX500 or Samsung 860 EVO, normally the former is $10-$15 less expensive, but, both perform well and have good warranties.
