Hi there,

I am new here and I wanted to ask a few questions about my current PC.
I have this PC for about 3 years now. After 2 years I upgraded my video card to a GeForce RTX 2070. After getting 2070 I could easily play games on High quality.
I ran 200fps on League of Legends en no lags on Minecraft.

When I play League of Legends now I get 170fps and drops to 100 fps in teamfights. On Minecraft I get 40fps and even Minecraft laggs now and I still dont know why.
So I thought maybe my CPU is old and needs a new upgrade. I was looking for a new one but then other users on another forum told me that if my PC went from 200fps to 100fps on just League of Legends, there is more than just a bottleneck CPU.

I made a few screenshots with afterburner (I really dont have any experience with afterburner) but can't think of a solution now. What am I supposed to now? Is the best option getting a new CPU or fixing a solution for the fps drops?

(Note: I got an error message while trying to upload these pictures to this topic)

Your cpu is quite old, so its for sure the culprit in your system. Especially that minecraft and League of Legends should not be getting that much fps normally. So yep, its a bottleneck
