Hello i want to upgrade my Video card for my Dell Optiplex 3010 but do not know which card can i use or upgrade to . here is a benchmark of the computer with all details. Thanks in advance

See pages 13 and 16. You will need a low profile, 50W max card which doesn't leave you much. Likely the PCI-e x16 slot has a restricted wattage from the normal 75W. See page 18, you only have a 240W PSU. From looking at pictures of the insides it looks like you need a single slot card as well. Pretty much leaves you with a GT 1030. But this will be a huge improvement over the GT 710
