[SOLVED] Upgrade or Build a new PC

Im honestly on the side of building a new PC but I want to get some second opinions. Keep in mind im a content creator who uses all Adobe Products, Wants to stream and Game

My Current Build:
CPU: i7-470
Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero VII
Ram: 16 Gb (8x8)
GPU: Msi GTX 960 4gb
Power Supply: Definitely need a new one
Case: Need a new one

its a great place to find all the parts you need for a build, it gives you a list that includes all the parts you will need to buy, provides links to buy the part you pick, and checks your build for errors to make sure all the parts you pick play nice together.

It also has lists of other peoples builds you can check out. I checked the site earlier and the home page had a link to a recent AMD build for gaming and streaming.
