upgrade or new build ?

Solution
Yes that is a great pick as long as your case can fit a 280mm. Most can only take a 240mm.
But see where your temps land with the H60 just to make sure you're not throwing away money you could spend on that gtx1080.

dont u think i need to get a new model high class motherboard and good cpu ?
and also will i be able to run aaa games at 4k 60 fps ?

hey u again 😀
the last thread was for my friend
this is for me 😀

That's fine, If you're putting together a 4k extreme pc, it must include a SSD. 1TB 850 evo 2.5" would fit the bill.

ok so i have couple of questions now:
1. Do I need 2 gtx 1080 to run 4k at 60 fps ?
2. with my current build my cpu sometimes hits 100% usage and starts interrupting my overall performance. do i need to do something so it doesnot do that when i upgrade it ? (i didnt overclock my cpu yet)
3. i get a black screen sometimes when i start my pc. I have to put my pc on sleep by pressing sleep button on my keyboard and any other button to wake it up to run the pc. I dont know what is the problem. should i risk upgrading the pc ?
4.Also I will need a new cooler for overclocking right ?

Actually at 4K some of the load is taken off the cpu. If you ever see benchmarks stressing the cpu, they're done at 780p, lol. A single 1080 is fine in most titles for 60 fps.
Have you ever tried going into the bios to adjust the cpu multiplier?

adjust cpu multiplier for overclocking ?
i havent overclocked my cpu yet

Its pretty easy to do. Before you start, go over to techpowerup.com and search for and download the trial version of AIDA64 Extreme EXE https://www.techpowerup.com/download/aida64-extreme/
Restart your pc and when the splash screen comes up hit DEL of F12 a bunch of times to get into bios. There should be a cpu core voltage section, you want to raise that by point 1. Then raise you Multiplier to 40 or 41 to get a 4.1Ghz overclock. Save changes, reboot, run AIDA for like 30-40 mins to test for stability and temps.

what do u think about my 3rd and 4th question ?

hmm but what would u recommend if i wanted to upgrade my cooler ?
i am looking at this: NZXT Kraken X61 280mm All-in-One CPU Liquid Cooling System (RL-KRX61-01)
