Upgrade or not?

Hello, Fellows!
Today, how you know, Rockstar has released their GTA V. I'm having this turtle PC, but i hope that i can just upgrade the old one not buy a new one instead. Here are my parts:
CPU-Phenom 9500@2.1gHz
GPU-nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS Sparkle
MOBO-ASUS M2N-E
RAM-2x Kingston 1600 mHz 2GB and 1x HyperX 1866 mHz 2GB (together 6GB)
PSU-Hedy 400ATX (400W)
HDD-Don't know the brand but 320GB
Cooling-NONE
What should i upgrade to play GTA V on low to mid q?

yes, you need to upgrade, both CPU and GPU are under the minimum spec. Specially the GPU.

the best CPU your motherboard can support is Phenom II X4 945 and it would allow you, with a different graphic card to play GTA V.

But if you can, buy a new PC and sell the one you have know, there is no point in the upgrade of system that old, unless you have no other option.

By the time you are done "upgrading" this PC, you will have replaced nearly everything and effectively have a new PC. The only things I might keep in there are the 2x2GB RAM and the HDD.
