Question Upgrade or not

My Spes are: motherboard ab350 gaming 3 , AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.89 GHz . Ram 3200mhz 16.0GB . gtx 1080 ti . monitor 1440p 144hz .

Most for playing games but also new games like STARFIELD , would be happy with 1440p 60 hz, Just wondering what parts would be worth up grading

If it plays everything fine for you now then no reason to upgrade.
Stanfield release date is 9-6 so wait and see.
If it's like most new games it will run like crap anyhow till patches come out.

As you can see, the biggest limitation would be the GPU.

on the CPU side, you can upgrade to 5800X3D with a bios update if you want.
