Upgrade or rebuild ??

Should I upgrade my Graphic card or sell my pc and build a new one ?
I have an I5 3570k at 3.4 GHZ
2 gtx550 ti in sli
An Asus Extreme 4 motherboard
8GB of ballistic sport ram
1TB of harddrive

3rd Gen i5 is still very capable. The best bang for the buck option is to just replace the aging Fermi gpus for something with more capabilities.

The i5-3570k can keep up with any single GPU gfx card you can buy. I'd hold off for awhile and upgrade to the best card you can afford.

a i5 3570k will really only bottleneck (barely) a fury-x 980 ti or titan x so for a gpu your fine
i would recommend getting a gtx 970 or a 390x if you play at a higher resolution

a 970 is a much better card what monitor resolution are you using?

That proccy is good, no need for a full upgrade for now. Just upgrade your graphics card.

The Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 is the best choice as it has one of the best cooling and performance for a GTX 970.

Like was said, your processor can handle either card with ease. No worry about CPU bottleneck.
