Upgrade or replacment for GTX 770

Looking to get a replacement for my old GTX 770 video card for my PC. Card works fine and has been handling most of my games just fine, but 2 fins on one of the cooling fans broke off and is causing some vibration while running. Don't want to spend more than say $300 USD on a replacement/upgrade as next year I plan on building a new PC.

also looking to add an extra SSD to load my games on. 1TB or 500GB preferred

other computer info
Mobo - MSI Z87-G45
CPU - i5-4670k @3.4 GHz
Mem - 16gig G.SKILL ripjaws DDR3 1866
SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 250gb.

Maybe a 1060 or a 1050ti that should work.

Here is some benchmarks on stock settings GTX 1050Ti vs GTX 770 :

Like you see from G3D score GTX 770 is still beating 1050ti at stock speeds and if you overclock it you can probably get to near to gtx 970 stock speeds but that will be abit harder.

What model your GTX 770 is? You could just replace the fans https://imgur.com/a/oOT71
Or get good aftermarket cooling with 3 fans or if your really into it watercooling, something like full water block

If you want to overclock it you can for sure put alot more on the core and memory. Close to 970 for sure if you replace fans or get better aftermarket cooler.

If you live in eu or usa then ebay probably is the best place.
