Ok...I need a new or upgraded computer. I want something for light gaming (World Of Warcraft) and some photo editing with LR and PS.

I was looking at what I currently have and wonder if it can be upgraded to perform better or am I better off just starting fresh.

Here's the current system and it's pretty dated I admit but when it was new...it ran what I needed very well including older versions of Lightroom and when I played WoW previously (8 years ago):

CPU: AMD Phenom II x3 720 BE (unlocked 4th core) OC'ed to 3.2Ghz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA785G-UD3H
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275
RAM: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB)DDR2 1066
Hard Drive (Operating system): Kingston SSD NOW 300 (120g)
Hard Drive (storage): Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
OS: Windows 10
Case: Antec 300
PS: Raidmax RX-630SS (630w)

So...I was looking into things I found that I can upgrade the mobo and use my current CPU but I'd have some more current technology like USB 3.0. I'd probably go 16GB of RAM as well over the current 4GB.
New storage HD in addition to the current ones.
Not sure if I'd be able to use the current graphics or not or if I'd have to upgrade or should upgrade.

If I should start fresh, is there anything I can reuse....like the SSD and/or case to save a few bucks? Pretty sure my power supply is junk too even though it's lasted without issue for a bunch of years. Going on 8 years in fact. But even though it's been good...I figure for the cost...might as well replace it too just to be safe.

Budget is $500 for computer only. Don't need anything else like monitor or mouse or anything like that. But it looks like it will be difficult to get in at of under $500 for a new setup. If I upgrade I can be in at less than $500 for sure.
