wait only for ocing? i see the haswel is well ocied also to 4.7 or so . i can wait but the reward is little
and the cost will be higher i already stretched my budget like crazy for the i7 4770k

I don't think it pays to wait, besides better power consumption there probably isn't going to be much of a difference in computing power. But what are you running now? If you already have an i5 or AMD FX then you should be fine for the time being and might as well just wait.

besides the Launch Date of the i7 4770k is Q2'13 only few months ago i dont think intel went to the
moon by this time

a high end cpu that is equal to i7 4770k of 5th gen will be near 500$ i7 4790k
