I haven't build pc for quite some time and now i feel like my system is a bit old and not able to play games on high settings

i5 2500k @ 4.2ghz
cooler master hyper 412 slim cooler
8gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz
500gb normal hard disk
gtx 660 2gb

recently i have purhased cooler master mb511 rgb case and antec high current gamer 520watt 80+ bronze psu to suppprt my future build

Now my friend is giving me his old gtx 970 4gb for free to use this meams i am skipping gpu right now and want to for a platform upgrade ryzen 2600 with b450 tomobawk 16gb ram and ssd and 1tb hard disk are in budget

but i am planning to stream so shoukd i get a ryzen 2700 or 3600 ? i can some how increase my budget now ?

as later on i will get a nvidia gpu 1660ti or rtx 2060 or may be a new released card but that is after 6 to 9 months

does ryzen 2600 can handle my needs looking at the gpu upgrade ? and streaming needs ? or i really need to get 3600 or 2700 ?

only limited models are avaialble here

Ryzen 7's are what you should be looking at at the very least if you want to stream and game off the same machine. You could retain the current system and assign that with streaming duties.
i will be sold this one as i cant setup 2 systems in my room , further more i would like to ask if i am using nvidia encoder for stream then my cpu will only have to run game can 2600 bear that load ? or should i really bump up
