Upgrade PC for 144hz in siege

My current components are :
fx 6100 OC
16GB ram
gtx 950 2GB
450W power supply


is there any way to just upgrade the gpu that i have more 144fps or more in siege on high settings? or will my cpu bottleneck too much. If i get a rx580, would i have enough fps?

the problem is that my budget is not that big (300€ fpr gpu), so the best GPU for the money would be a rx580

You should look into a new processor first.
I wouldnt recommend another AM3+ processor, so you would be looking at a new motherboard and RAM as well.

i know but its not in my budget... what is a good am3+ CPU? how much do i have to spend?

I doubt there would be any AM3+ processor that could get you to 144Hz, unless you turn settings down.
An 8320 would be the "best" choice, but its certainly not ideal.
