Upgrade PC or buy ?

hey guys
i have 200$ and Radeon HD 7750 gddr5

i have 2 choices:
- buy a core2quad PC with 4gb ddr3 ram
- buy a ps3/xbox360

what do you think? what is the best for graphics/gameplay?

Do you have a computer already? What do you intend to do, play games? A HD 7750 far surpasses the performance of the PS3/360. It is, after all, an 8 year old console and the XBox 360 is 9 years old.

If you already have a computer, you can list all of the parts and I can maybe suggest something better than a Core 2 Quad and 4GB RAM. Both of them are quite outdated for games.

i have very horrible pc, getting bottlenecked

core 2 duo e6300 1.86ghz
2gb ddr2 ram
hd 7750 1gb gddr5


my motherboard can support e6600 max so i need to upgrade whole thing

with 200$ in my country i can buy a pc with core2quad q8400 and 4gb ddr3 ram, without card

I would try and get the cheapest Intel i3 3Ghz from the latest socket (H/Z97) and buy a decent H97 motherboard - the best you can afford. That will not bottleneck your GPU. You'll need to buy DDR3 RAM to replace your DDR2. 1600mhz is what you should get, though if it's cheap enough 1866mhz is even better.
