Upgrade PC Soundcard

Hi, I have an Auzentech X-Fi Hometheater HD, which I bought in 2012. Now I am planning to upgrade my PC and wondering if I should stick with Auzentech X-Fi Hometheater HD or buy a new card. My usage is mainly movies/music and little bit of gaming. I am using optical out of the card to connect it to my home theater.

Can you guys please suggest. Thanks in advance

if the card is PCIe stick with it and be sure it´s windows 10 compatible
