The amd 3000 series just released, and they are very good for productivity, ddr4 3600 is the best for them, but 3200 is the most stable and officially supported.
The rtx 2070 super just released as well and replaces the rtx 2070, but in the end the 2070 performs just as well as a 2080 in premiere so going with a 2070/2070 super can save a few bucks. I am biased to air cooling as I've had water coolers destroy my pc before.
