My pc components :

-case Nox Vulcan

-Power supply model: FATX500MP it says it is 500w but the real watz is 250w

-Cpu Amd-FX-6300 Six core 3.5Ghz 95W Am3+

-Gpu 1050 Ti 4Gb

-MotherBoard ASROCK N68-GS4,AMD,AMD 3+

-HDD TOSHIBA 3.5 1TB SATA3 6gb/s 7200RPM

-SSD 2.5" Western Digital Blue 500GB 3D NAND SATA

-Ram: 8GB 1600Mhz CL11 DIMM

I am thiking of upgrading my ram to 16 gb and ddr4 because those are the more updated ones i think. I probably have to change motherboard , wich one should i choose ? Do i need to buy a power supply too? Do i need to instal windowns or something after install thoes components in my pc?

What are you wanting your pc to do better?

You cannot run DDR4 with that cpu. If you want to upgrade any one of the cpu, motherboard or RAM to modern parts you must do all 3 together to be compatible.

With a motherboard change it is highly recommended to reinstall Windows.

So i want it to run games better. Because i´ve been playing a lot of rust and my fps are like 50 sometimes 40 and i want it to get to minimum 60 and theres no way i can do that.

If you want better gaming performance, you have to change everything other than the GPU and SSD.

yeah , my res is now 1080x1080 streched , my 1920x1080 cant get more fps...

As a test try running 720p. If you don’t see any improvement in FPS and you can see one or more cpu cores hitting 100% it is your cpu limiting your FPS. If your FPS does go up then it’s your gpu limiting performance.

Also when running 1080x1080 does your gpu run at 100% usage in game?

I think my its my cpu hitting 100% and my memory is about 90%
