Question Upgrade Photo Editing PC

6 Years ago I built the following PC for general use and photo editing. Now I would like to upgrade the CPU, Motherboard & only necessary other parts. It's a must to be able to use the Thunderbolt devices at the bottom of my list.

You could look into:
Ryzen 5 5600 + B550 chipset motherboard + Dual channel DDR4-3600Mhz ram kit.

You're working with an add-in Thunderbolt card? If not you could look into a motherboard that has native Thunderbolt on it(sans an add-in card) but they will cost a pretty penny. Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what is your budget for your upgrade?
