Upgrade PIII 450 on Asus P3v4x?

Should I replace my 450 PIII w/ a 800 Mhz (or so) CPU
Or should I upgrade motherboard and processor to slot 370?

it all depends on your budget and your preference, why do you want to upgrade the p3 450 at the first place? i am using this cpu and so far it well match my usage
of course if you're a speed friek then that's different story..
