I have an HP Envy TE01-0034 with a Rother 8653 motherboard. I want to install an GTX 1660 6gb graphix card but I need a larger (500W) PSU that is compatible with that MB and has a PCIe 6+2 plug for the graphix card. Will the L05757-800 PSU work for this? Basically, does the L05757-800 have the 2 HP 4-pin power connectors, the fan power connector, and a PCIe 6+2 plug

That's a proprietary board, with 3 power inputs

When dealing with proprietary or non-standard connectors, things can get tricky.

While I'm sure adapters exist to take a 'standard' PSU down to these connectors (P1, P2 and P3), I cannot even tell what P3 is based on available images of the board.

The P1 and P3 power connectors are a 4-pin square connector. The P2 power connector is a flat 4-pin connector. The L05757-800 is a 500W PSU sold by HP. It is used in other Envy units but it is not a standard for the unit I have (TE01-0034). I am hoping somebody is familiar with that PSU and the connectors it has.

I found the L05757-800 on the HP Partsfinder site (~$105) but I can't seem to find and image showing the cables and connectors. Does anyone know where to find that?

The part number on the 180W PSU that came in the unit is: L08261-004. Where did you find a table or image listing/showing the connectors for the L04618-800? If could see that then I could compare to the connectors on mu PSU

Reviving an old post here but I was able to install the HP 500 watt power supply on my 0034 (Rother MB) with no issues at all. Same 3 connectors and I was even able to use all the same mounting screws. The new PS comes with 2 six pin plus an additional 2 pin connector for the graphics card.

Hope this helps others.
