[SOLVED] Upgrade recommendation

Hey guys. A friend of mine wants to upgrade some parts of his pc, but isn't sure what he should buy. He has about 300 euros available for purchases. His specs are Ryzen 3 2200G, Corsair 8gb 3000mhz ram, MSI B350M gaming plus, radeon graphics(no dedicated GPU), EVGA 500B1 80 plus bronze power supply. Should he buy a better CPU and GPU, GPU & RAM or something else? If, for example, he buys a GTX 1660 super, will his PSU be able to keep up with that? He's gaming at 1080p 60hz. He mostly plays Rust, some esports games and some others not so demanding games. What would you recommend?

PSU first for sure that EVGA is not a good one.
