Question Upgrade route for a Synology DS214play NAS

Have had this for over 4 years now and am thinking of upgrading to a new server such as a Synology DS218+ or similar. Thinking of Synology as I have only used this make so far. Reason to think of upgrade - I find it is slow at times and there is buffering issues on streaming at times.

One of the great things about Synology, is that you can move the disks into a new enclosure and it will keep your files.
