So I am kinda on a budget, and I'd love to get a new GPU from my 1050Ti that i bought on launch, the Radeon RX 6650XT is 200 dollars less in my country then the 3060Ti, otherwise I would just pick the 3060Ti, but since the price gap is kinda big for me, I'd like to get the RX 6650XT. And also Im mostly looking to play 1080p games, and not any huge AAA games, I mostly play Escape from Tarkov, League and some singleplayer games. Also I dont have 1440p screen or 120hz, basic 1080p 60hz - with freesync I think.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400MHZ Crucial Ballistix Sport
PSU: 525W - might need to upgrade
SSD: 500GB

Might want to elaborate on the make and model of your PSU and it's age. As for your motherboard, what is it's make and model? 2400MHz isn't exactly the sweet spot for the processor, in fact you should be looking towards a dual channel DD$-3600MHz ram kit(if your platform allows it) to get said sweet spot, as opposed to the GPU purchase.

in my country
This is where you state where you're located.
