Question Upgrade SSD in a laptop

Hi. I need to replace the storage in my ASUS G701 laptop, which came with two M.2 slots, each supporting a 256GB PCIE G3x4 SSD (NVMe) for a RAID 0 arrangement. I'd like to move up to two 1TB SSD each. The current drives are fine but I need more internal storage. Thanks.

Do you actually need Raid? Unless essential I’d go single 1TB or 2TB.

No, it came in that arrangement. Is it possible to switch it to a single 2TB SSD? How would I do this?
