I play a lot of PC games like GTA V, Day Z, Rust, and other graphic intensive games at 1080p monitor is 60hz. Currently my system is as follows.

Note: this is my first pc ive built and yes it was a budget build

CPU: Pentium G3268 (yes i know thats horrible) +hyper evo 212
GPU: gtx 950 2GB
Ram: offbrand 8gb (2 4GB sticks of 1600mhz)
HDD: offbrand 750 GB hard drive (not in best condition i think its grinding but i think im getting a new one for Christmas)
Power supply: offbrand 450 watt
Mobo: offbrand 2 ram slots 1600hz max

This PC has lasted me a long time and i love it. i just wish my processor was better. I recently got $500 and that is my amazon budget. I plan on getting an i5-4590 and gtx 960 4GB.

My question is what would you guys upgrade? The processor is a deffinate. It needs to be upgraded to an i5. is my GTX 950 2gb good for now? should i save money aside for games? please tell me!

i5 4590 would be fine, but for the love of god do not buy a GTX 960. Buy an RX 470/480 if you want the best 1080p experience. The 960 cannot offer that type of experience especially with the price to performance.'

The RX 470 is going to mostly max out most of your games in 1080p and the RX 480 WILL max out many of your games in 1080p and can do VR gaming(doubt you'd care about that.)

You should upgrade your CPU to a 4590 like you said, but it depends on how much you are wiling to spend. For Christmas you could get an SSD, no sense in replacing the hard drive if it still works, how much money would the person getting you the gift be willing to spend on an SSD? After that if you want to upgrade GPUs I would recommend getting a better PSU, you might be able to get by with this one but since it is off brand and less than 500W I would get at least a 550-600W.

Here is your CPU and PSU in a list:
http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Nq9Qcf

that leaves $235+ based on your budget of $500, so I would recommend a gtx 970 or rx 480, whichever one is cheaper (the rx 480 is VERY slightly better, but they trade blows, and it depends on the game which one is actually better).

I know, $3 over budget, but worth it.

if you look at the websites, many places like SuperBiiz take Cashiers Check as a payment option. This would mean you can get a final total, run down to any bank or cash exchange place and get a cashiers check for the exact amount you need. This would open up a lot of options for you. you can also get a prepaid visa from most places like walmart and use that instead. The difference between a 960 and a 480/1060 is huge.

Okay i need a graphics card that is GTX from amazon that is better than 950 and still lets me buy at least a processor. and the 960 looks like the only one capable of that even if it is overpriced i have to use amazon.

Are you sure there is no way to pay someone that has a credit card? You would get much better performance per dollar. Also you don't have to have an Nvidia GPU. AMD is getting more and more competitive, so don't rule that out completely if you are wanting a new GPU.
