[SOLVED] Upgrade suggestions

Hello, i don't know a lot about new specs components so I'm just looking for suggestions on possible upgrades.
I want to upgrade cause my pc loads for 3 or 4 minutes with reinstalled win7 and ssd ( i guess my motherboard is dying, or the whole pc)
Here are my current specs. ( i bought it in 2014 or 2015)
Intel i5 4670K
R9 280x 3gb
8GB ddr3
1TB hdd
120 gb ssd
