Upgrade this motherboard?

I was wondering if it would be alright for overclocking an i5 4670k and gtx 980ti? I currently have an i5 4670k with a 970 and it works just fine. Will this motherboard be able to handle the 4670k and the 980ti?

Certainly. Just be sure the PSU is up to it.

It is their budget Z87 board so do not expect max overclock on the CPU, the GPU overclocks independent of the motherboard so for that the quality and size of your PSU is most important.
