I got this PC as a gift for my cousin and I want to upgrade it to be able to play games I have 100$

Spec :
CPU : Intel I5 2400
Ram : 8 GB Ram 1333 MHz ( 2*4 )
GPC : Intel HD graphics card 2000 that built in the motherboard
hard-disk : 1TB
I want to be able to play games like PES2016 , The Witcher 3 , Battle of Hero , Assassins Creed 4 , GTA 5
