Upgrade TNT2U to GF DDR 32?

I'm running a P3 450 @ 558 with 128 meg PC133 on a Abit BE6 plain with a 19" monitor. I like to play Counter-Strike and Team Fortress online (dial-up). A LOT. I can get a GeForce 32m DDR Leadtek WinFast Rev.B for 137 bucks + ship and Tax.

Since I paid 289 bucks for my present TNT2Ultra Xentor, the idea of doing this again 15 months later is abhorrent to me. So I think the GeForce Regular model in DDR 32 meg trim is about what I need. The bechmarks show about 2X the performance in FPS at the higher resolutions I like to play at (1200), so I thimk the time is near to upgrade unless someone has had a bad experience they would like to share with me.

Thanks for the read, Take-Out

I was thinking, "Damn, I paid almost $300 for my Rev. B," until I finished your post. I have two of the Leadtek Rev. B's and an ASUS DDR. One of the Leadteks died after a week, but its replacement works fine. The other has worked fine since last winter (or whenever).

I'm very satisfied with the performance, but I never go over 1024x768.

Yeah, that is what I'm trying to avoid again, a $300 video card when the Reg GF ddr will do the job. Thanks for the reply, btw, I do game at 1200 or so. I think I am going to go for it. Thanks Take-Out Good luck.
