Upgrade to 4790k ? [Gaming]

Current CPU is i5 4670k oc @ 4.4ghz along with a superclocked GTX 980 and 16gb 2133mhz of ram.

All i do is gaming and play latest games at a 1080p 144hz resolution.

No , your system is perfectly fine and upgrading to an i7 won't yield you more performance in gaming ( not worth the money paid ).

You'll get 5 Fps more at max.

An i5 will give you the same performance as an i7 when it comes to gaming. The 4670K is top-of-the-line, no reason to upgrade it, especially not since you it have overclocked to 4.4GHz.
