My favorite game is apex legends amd card gets avarage 110-120fps ar max while nvidia had like 90-100 fps( havent tested but just checked fps in a while) i have ryzen 5 2600x will upgrading to ryzeb 5 3600x or even ryzen 7 3700 improve fps? Also both played on stock mhz, what do i need to do to get 144fps on max at 1440p woth amd gpu?

Solution
AT 1440p, you won't see a noticeable difference upgrading from a 2600x to a 3600x. At 1080p it would be noticeable slightly. In order to get get over 140fps on average, you need something like a RTX 2080. Try lowering every setting there is, and try using the Apex config of sYnceDez. It's on his twitter, a tweet from July 16th. Might help.

You should have checked the in game usage of the gpu and each core before buying a 5700XT.
The minimum combo for a steady 144fps at the settings(it looks like you're running on medium) you're using is a Ryzen 3600 + 2080Ti.

Otherwise, your current setup should be 144fps doable if you lower in game settings.
