Upgrade to EVGA GTX 770 stock cooler or keep GTX 670 FTW 2GB?

So, I finally finished the queue for EVGA step-up program. However, I am still deciding whether should I keep my 670 FTW or upgrade it to a 770 stock cooler. I will have to pay about 70$ for the upgrade. Is it worth it or no?

$70? Almost certainly worth it. The difference between the cards new is about $100.
