I have an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard, and I'm trying to upgrade it. Will getting a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P a decent upgrade? If not, please list some suggestions.

I have a FX-6300. Please list some suggestions down below.

ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 is low-end or light edition where costs are cut to make the board inexpensive.
Features omitted:
No heatsink on Voltage Regulator Modules
No onboard USB 3.0 header for front panel USB 3.0

Uses a 4+2 CPU VRM power design

The GA-970A-UD3P uses an 8+2 phase CPU VRM power design for AMD high-TDP CPU support

After rebates on Newegg the Gigabyte model sells for $10 more than the Asus model.
