upgrade to gtx 960

I. Have a gtx 650ti 2gb right now....is it worth upgrading?will my i3 4170 bottleneck it?

Go ahead and upgrade to that GTX 960 is what he's saying. And please don't ask if something's going to bottleneck, it's better to state all your system specs and what resolution/image quality/fps you want to be at (or if such and such combination is possible), and then let people help you identify if there'll be any performance issues from the hardware you're running.
