Ok guys I have a question, I currently have enough money to either replace my GTX960 with a 980ti or instead, upgrade my Mobo + RAM + CPU + PSU. Which would be the best one to start with? I'm not sure of bottlenecking issues so here's my current specs -

Gigabyte H81M-S2PH Mobo
Intel core i5 4690@ 3.50ghz
16GB DDR3 RAM (not sure which brand, cheap I think)
850w PSU (not sure which brand, written in chinese I think)
Galax GTX 960 2GB
NZXT H440 case (recent purchase)

I have a budget of around $1500 AUD so a GTX980ti (probs gigabyte G1) will be around $1000. Will there be any compatibility issues if i get the GPU with my current system?
All other components without new GPU is around $1200.
Which should I go for first?

Your CPU and RAM are more than enough. Upgrade your GPU. Your PSU brand being written in Chinese may be a bad sign so you might want to consider replacing that.

What you may want to do, is grab a better PSU (as that Chinese one is probably a low class PSU and you really don't want that powering your high end system) and allocate the rest of the budget to a GPU, my recommendation would be either a Fury X, or a non reference 980Ti(from a reputable company). Whichever you can get for cheaper.

A good choice for a PSU for you I found is this ( http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&bid=2&sid=65959&id2=1 )

If you are upgrading your PSU I highly recommend an EVGA GS or G2 PSU. They are both tier one, fully modular, 80+ Gold, and very good for the price. Also all of the wires are black and come in braided black sleeves. And instead of having to use zip ties, they come with black Velcro loops with "EVGA" in white letters on them for cable management.
