Upgrade to Intel

Hii all, I'm planning to upgrade to Intel. But wich parts you guys recommend to work best with my gpu?
My specs now are
An fm2+ mobo
And A10-7850K apu
Msi R9 270
550w psu

I was thinking of a cheap I5. But don't know wich socket is best (or newest) to be able to upgrade over a couple jears.

Would be a cheap i5 good for a couple years and can it handle some new cards in the future?

Budget? A quad-core is starting to become a must. So the minimum you want is an i5-4440/4460. The cheapest boards that run that CPU is the H81 chipset. Something like the H81M-P33.

well I'm not really have a budget but I'm allways searching for a sweet spot ty for the feedback!

The i5-4460 is a quad-core with decent single threaded performance so should last a while. CPUs are less important than GPUs now-a-days, so wouldn't be surprised if that chip lasts atleast 3-4 years whilst still being able to game.
