upgrade to new pc

i'm looking to upgrade my pc for mostly for gaming <=60fps and bit of video rendering and graphic design, so i wanna get a good pc under Nepali Rs.60000 without bottleneck.

i own an old pc so wanna still use its 550 watt psu and hd and casing... is it possible ...
also most parts in my country is from msi and possibly evga but rare so need a good config under this budget
