Upgrade to old PC

Hi guys,

I'm helping my parents upgrade their PC a bit and need help determining what types of ram i should put in the old machine. I have no knowledge of upgrading PC's so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The PC is a HP Pavillion A6022.sc and it runs Vista and have 1 GB of ram installed.

I'm not looking to upgrade OS but just make it a little faster. Therefore a solution that doesn't require a lot of money would be preferred. I'm open to other solutions than just the ram if necessary.

Could you point me in the direction of a shop with international shipment as i live outside the US. I was unable to find these exact products in a local store.

I live in Israel, where in order to buy online you need to pay a lot for shipping and so on, but I order from Amazon.com for international shipping or Amazon.co.uk / eBay.co.uk / eBay.com FOR YOU, however, as I work in the eCommerce business and it's obvious anyway; you live in Europe so you can buy within Amazon.co.uk and avoid customs or eBay.co.uk, I personally recommend Amazon.co.uk.
